What I'm focused on right now

Together with the founder of EnergyLabs, I'm starting to take their energy-optimization engine from R&D to production: battery sizing, peak shaving, and controller simulation, built on linear programming (Python, PyPSA, HiGHS). This means the engineering that makes an optimization product trustworthy: solver performance, memory, and simulation fidelity. It's exactly the kind of applied-optimization, zero-to-shipped work I like best.

The EnergyLabs engagement is open-ended, so there's no free-up date to point to but I keep capacity for one more thing at a time. I'm most drawn to applied-AI and optimization work that needs taking from idea to shipped.
